We order a lot of pizzas monthly for a singers night and they are always really good. Tonight however the 2 margarita pizzas I ordered were overcooked. I do normally add a note to ask for them lightly cooked but forgot tonight. Such a shame as the rest of the pizzas were cooked perfectly.

Usually always 5 star but my not for having garlic dip separate on my London pizza was ignored and it was swimming and soggy :( Always usually amazing and my go to place, will maybe ring and explain in future instead of adding a note to the online order.

Staff were exceptional when I had issues with my order and sent out a new delivery straight away . Unfortunately the food wasn’t improved the 2nd time round either but customer service was great. I didn’t bother ringing after the 2nd delivery as didn’t want to be a pain when they are small business
